E - AS LIVE - PRODUCTION PAPERWORK
Production Paperwork
As my job roles are both Researcher and Studio Camera Operator, I will be speaking through the pre-production documents created by the Producers and other members of the production who had job roles that meant the production documents were produced by them. I will however though be speaking about the importance of the documents and why they needed to be completed. The documents will all be relevant to my job roles and the production documents that I would of needed to see to be able to do my job roles.
First I will be showing the paperwork that was completed by the VT team, to ensure that when recording the VT's the sight was secure and Covid safe.

Conclusion
In conclusion, although I did not have any input in regards to the pre production stages and this did not come under my job role, the pre production above are documents that I needed to see within my job roles.
Risk Assessments - Are so important to ensure that the cast and crew are safe, without a risk assessment we run the risk of not seeing a hazard or danger and then someone harming themselves. RA's make everyone aware of potential risk and how to avoid it by being safe.
Shot Lists - This was a really important document for me as a camera operator as it allowed me to see exactly what shots I would need to be covering, it also allowed me to research the shots to ensure I would be getting the best from them.
Covid RA - Like the regular RA the Covid one is extremely important as it has the procedures and protocols needed to follow to keep everyone safe.
You can see more info and reasoning behind my researched documents within the content blog post.
